Questions People Usually Ask

We've answered the common stuff here. If you don't see what you're looking for, just reach out.

Pretty flexible, actually. Cancel up to 72 hours before check-in and you'll get a full refund. Within 72 hours, we keep one night's rate. During peak seasons like holidays and ski weekends, we need 7 days notice. Life happens though - if something crazy comes up, talk to us and we'll see what we can do.

Absolutely! We've got pet-friendly suites available. There's a $50 per stay pet fee, and we ask that your furry friend stays under 50 lbs. We've got great trails right from the property, and honestly, dogs seem to love it here as much as people do. Just let us know when you book so we can set you up in the right room.

Your rate covers WiFi, parking, access to our fitness center, and use of the outdoor hot tubs. We also throw in morning coffee and pastries in the main lodge. Breakfast at the restaurant, spa services, guided tours, and activities are extra - but honestly worth it if you're looking to make the most of your stay.

We're about 15 minutes from the village center. Close enough that you can easily hit the slopes or check out the restaurants and shops, but far enough that you get that peaceful mountain retreat vibe. We run a complimentary shuttle to the village a few times daily during peak season, or you can drive yourself.

We sure do, and they're pretty special if I may say so. Our event spaces can handle everything from intimate gatherings of 20 to bigger celebrations with 150 guests. The mountain backdrop is unbeatable for photos. We've got an events team that handles all the details - catering, setup, coordination, the whole deal. Reach out and we can walk you through options.

Tons of stuff, really depends on the season. Year-round we've got hiking trails, mountain biking, the spa, yoga classes, and our fitness center. Winter brings snowshoeing and cross-country skiing right from the lodge. Summer's great for wildlife tours, fishing excursions, and outdoor dining. We also do evening bonfires with s'mores - simple but everyone loves it.

Yep, our restaurant's open to everyone, and locals actually come up here pretty often. We do farm-to-table cuisine with ingredients from nearby farms and our own garden when possible. Reservations are recommended, especially for dinner on weekends. The menu changes with the seasons, and our chef does some really creative stuff with local game and seafood.

Honestly, there's no bad time - each season's got its own vibe. Winter's obviously huge for skiing and snow sports. Spring and fall are quieter and you get amazing deals, plus the scenery's incredible. Summer's perfect if you're into hiking and outdoor adventures. I'd say it depends on what you want to do. We're busy December through March and July through August, so book ahead for those months.
